Returns & Exchanges

At Alley House, we want you to feel good in what you wear.

Because of the limited nature of our collections, we currently offer exchanges only.

Exchange Policy:

  • Items must be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear

Once your item is received and approved, we will issue an exchange or store credit for the value of your purchase.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds at this time
  • Sale items are final sale
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Due to the nature of certain items, the following are final sale:

  • Jewelry
  • Body oils
  • Candles
  • Sale items
