When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  You'll receive tracking once it ships.

Do you offer returns?

We currently offer exchanges or store credit only within 7 days of delivery.  Items must be unworn with tags attached.

What items are final sale?

Jewelry, body oils, and sale items are final sale.

How do I request an exchange?

Email us at april@thealleyhouse.com with your order number, and we'll take care of you.

Will you be adding more items?

Yes — new pieces will be added regularly in small, intentional drops.
